ost commonly used AAC is steam cured silicate concrete. There are two curing methods:

1)          Atmospheric Pressure: Saturate Steam Curing, 100°C

2)          Autoclave Curing: 174.5~200.5°C, 0.8~1.5 MPa

Different AAC Main Components with different Fire Resistance:

AAC can be produced with sand, mineral slag, flay ash, tailings, coal gangue, quicklime (CaO) and cement, as well as various industrial wastes according to actual availability of raw material and production technology.

 AAC can be easily processed and reconditioned. Sawing, plating, drilling, nailing, etc, are applied on AAC to make it more widely applied in construction.
